About Me
I know what it's like to be out of shape.
I used to be very overweight, and felt just how much being unhealthy and unhappy with our body can negatively impact our whole life! I felt heavy, sluggish and ashamed. My body was a huge source of feeling unattractive and isolated from everyone else.
When I got into dance, body sculpting with weights, cardio workouts and nutrition, I finally was able to lose the excess weight. I felt lighter, more energized, and so much better about myself! I loved working out and learning how to develop a strong, healthy, defined physique.
It ignited a lifelong passion for fitness, and I got certified to teach classes and to train individual clients.
It's so satisfying to get to share with others what has helped me turn things around, and see them transform their bodies and lives, too!

You have one body, one physical representation of yourself in the world. Working out is a fundamental part of creating a body you feel great in, a strong healthy body that gives you the energy and enthusiasm to pursue everything you want to do.
