​    Since the quarantine started, I've been thrilled to see the effectiveness AND personal connection possible with Zoom training sessions. Now I can work with anyone, anywhere!! 

   It's extraordinary how much you can change your body in the convenience of your own home. I would love to show you what you can do even with minimal equipment or space.

Are your workouts working out?
     There's so much conflicting and misleading information out there about how to work out. I spend a lot of time in gyms, and I see so many people spending substantial time and energy to try to get in shape, but so often they're using exercises or training strategies that are not that effective, sometimes not even safe. Their bodies don't change and they get frustrated. Or maybe they saw some changes in the beginning, but now nothing's happening; they're in a rut, they're bored and not sure what to do to progress again. Or worse yet, they use poor movement technique and wind up injured. Or their workouts are going okay, but with a few crucial adjustments to their training, they could be getting much better results, sometimes in less time.

​     For our workouts to work, they've got to be based on the actual physiology ​of how the body builds muscle, and how it burns fat. One of my top priorities as a personal trainer and fitness consultant is to design workouts that are rooted in this physiology, so they are extremely effective, balanced, and ergonomically sound. 
   And fun! I've had such a blast and rewarding career sculpting my own body and helping others do the same. I want to share how exciting it is we can do this - we can get in healthy, beautiful shape, and it's anything but dull!

  • convenience - in your home, office or gym in your building, I'll get you all set up with everything you need.
  • initial assessment and discussion of health history and where you are physically - how you're feeling, how your workouts are going, and what you want to work on. This clarifies your goals so we can design a focused training plan based on who you are and what you want for your body and health!
  • strength and cardio workout plan - we're going to establish a weekly fitness routine that fits your goals and schedule, so instead of having to take the time to figure it out every day, you get a healthy groove going that's enjoyable, feels good and works. We'll update and vary it as needed.
  • measurable motivation - to provide actual measurable knowledge of your health status, we can take periodic resting heart rate, weight, and body fat percentage measurements. I also love to take pictures every month or so. This way we can keep track of the positive effects of what we're doing and how well it's working. And it's so motivating and fun to see how the choices you're making and the effort you're putting out are literally transforming your body and health!
  • optional dietary consultation - of course, it's not just about exercise. How you're eating is one of the main pillars of your health and look of your body. We want to make sure how you're eating is supporting and enhancing your training, not sabotaging all your hard work.
